Refunds and Exchanges Policies

Your satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 15 days Refund and Exchange Policy:

• We make all of our items individually and on demand and do not have a warehouse, so we are unable to offer product returns.

• All applicable items have a sizing guide in the product description. For clothing items please read the sizing guide-some items run small and you may need to order a larger size.

• If a product has a manufacturer default or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or exchange for the same item. Please provide us with a photo of the damage and we will be happy to either refund you or replace the damaged item if we're contacted within the 15 day window.

• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• For a refund or exchange, please email info@arcaneimports.shop with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and a description of the damage or fault.

• If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• Items from the Treasure Vault are non-refundable.
